I have exclusively represented small, mid-size, and large lease tenants. The following eight purchase and sale transactions are listed an insightful glimpse into my transaction strategy consulting and execution recommendations. Each assignment has a different key strategy that I added for my clients. I would be pleased to discuss these transactions and the eight different strategies with you.

Leighton Business Center

Concurrently, represented two different Sellers in the sale of two land parcels adjacent to the Fremont Bart station. Also represented each of the Buyers in leasing their separate office developments on their land parcels; the 190,000 Sq. Ft. (SF) Fremont Office Center and the 75,000 SF Leighton Business Center. Then represented the Leighton Business Center ownership and the Buyer in the subsequent sale of the completed project.

Palo Alto Medical Foundation

Represented the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) in the sale of their initial 15,000 SF downtown Fremont medical facility. Represented PAMF in their concurrent downtown core seven-acre land acquisition and Campus at 3200 Kearny.

143,000 SF Office Building

Represented the Seller of an eight-story 143,000 SF office building.

188,000 SF Office Building

Represented the Buyer of a 188,000 SF eight-story office building. Represented the Buyer in the repositioning and leasing of the property and in their completed project sale.

68,000 SF Downtown Retail

Represented the Seller in the sale of an eight building 68,000 SF downtown retail core project.

12,000 SF Retail/Office

Represented the SBA Buyer of a 12,000 SF retail/office property. Represented that buyer five years later in their subsequent sale of the property.

3.2-acre Office Zoned Site

Represented the land Seller in the sale of a 3.2-acre office zoned site through the rezoning and final approval for a forty-four single-family detached home project.

65,000 SF Office/Industrial

Represented the court appointed Receiver in the sale of a three-building 65,000 SF office/industrial project.
